Requirements
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AWS Aurora, Pulsar, and OpenSearch.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Spinnaker).
- Understanding of Terraform and DevOps practices.
- High abstract and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills for a direct and opinionated culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the core Ruby on Rails monolith platform.
- Develop and integrate new features using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Resolve critical production issues within the legacy codebase.
- Design and map high-level system architectures.
- Collaborate with the team on technical decisions and peer feedback.
