Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and SQL databases
- Demonstrated proficiency as an AI power user for coding velocity
- Experience building highly scalable systems
- Ability to maintain high standards for security and data privacy
- Familiarity with Git and Git flow
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Background working in product teams at startups
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire product life cycle
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools for prototyping and debugging
- Drive the development of a new product internally
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Work with leadership to establish priorities and technical road-map
- Mentor junior developers
- Scale RESTful APIs and optimize algorithms
- Drive migration to microservices
