🔍 Software Development

  • 10+ years of software development experience, with a strong track record in mobile (Flutter preferred) and full-stack development.
  • 4+ years in a technical leadership role, leading teams, mentoring other leaders and engineers, and driving architectural decisions.
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to advise stakeholders, scope projects, and navigate business challenges.
  • Pre-sales or business development exposure, such as assisting in technical proposals, engaging in discovery calls, or helping to secure new work.
  • Cloud expertise (preferred but not required) – Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, Firebase, or Azure to complement front-end projects.
  • Professional experience with AI Engineering (LLMs, prompting, RAG, fine tuning…) will be highly appreciated.
  • Build Excellent Software Products – As a technical leader, you will be responsible for the success of your projects. You will be required to write high-quality code, lead program estimations, ideate impactful solutions for our clients and resolve any challenges that might arise during the lifecycle of a program.
  • Drive Technical Excellence – Architect scalable and maintainable Flutter applications, and potentially cloud solutions, following and documenting industry and VGV best practices.
  • Consult & Advise Clients – Act as a senior trusted advisor, helping clients make key technical decisions and ensuring successful project execution.
  • Lead Engineering Teams – Everyone here is a hands-on contributor, not just a manager of work. We lead by example, actively engaging in billable projects—writing code, solving complex technical problems, and collaborating directly with clients.   • Support Business Growth – Contribute to pre-sales efforts, engage in technical discovery, and help secure new projects with compelling technical insights.
  • Shape Technical Strategy – Stay ahead of industry trends, influence our engineering practices, and contribute to open-source initiatives.
