Requirements
- Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Knowledge of AWS services (Aurora, Neptune, OpenSearch).
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Apache Pulsar).
- Experience with DevOps tools: GitHub Actions, Spinnaker, Terraform.
- Conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills for complex legacy codebases.
- Comfortable working in a polyglot environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the core Ruby on Rails monolith.
- Develop and integrate new features using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues.
- Ensure seamless integration between legacy and modern systems.
- Participate in high-level system architecture and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with a global team through direct and constructive communication.
