Requirements
- 8+ years of deep hands-on expertise with Postgres and data platforms.
- Experience with analytical and OLAP workloads, data warehousing, and operational data systems.
- Current experience designing AI and GenAI solutions including vector search, embeddings, retrieval, RAG, and agentic patterns.
- Proven ability to lead POCs, benchmarks, sizing, and complex migrations.
- Knowledge of the analytics and AI data landscape and competitive market.
- Fluency operating across European markets, including regulatory context and industry dynamics.
- Strong track record in pre-sales, solutions architect, or field CTO roles on enterprise data and AI deals.
- Demonstrated experience engaging at the CxO and board level.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as deals demand.
Responsibilities
- Own the full technical track on qualified EMEA Analytics and AI opportunities.
- Lead technical motion on AI and GenAI use cases including vector search, RAG, and agentic workloads.
- Execute proofs of concept, benchmarks, and sizing.
- Design reference architectures and frame technical differentiation.
- Engage at CxO level for strategic advisory and thought leadership.
- Document deal motions into playbooks, reference architectures, and demos.
- Co-host weekly Analytics & AI Open Hours for EMEA.
- Provide roadmap signals based on deal win/loss feedback.
