- Strong architecture judgment across distributed systems, backend services, data pipelines, security, and cloud infrastructure
- Track record of shipping under aggressive deadlines while improving quality
- Exceptional people leadership: hiring, coaching, accountability
- Fluent English (spoken + written)
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the target architecture for a scalable SaaS platform
- Build enterprise-ready foundations: reliability, observability, incident response, data governance
- Set clear technical standards: service boundaries, API contracts, testing strategy, CI/CD
- Turn company goals into a delivery machine
- Build and run execution rituals: planning, estimation, weekly delivery checkpoints
- Identify bottlenecks and unblock cross-team dependencies
- Own staffing plans: hiring, onboarding, performance management
