Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, distributed systems, or a closely related technical domain.
- Expert-level, production-grade knowledge of GPU architectures including H100 and L40s.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes orchestration, including Soperator.
- Hands-on experience with high-performance and parallel file systems such as Lustre and WEKA.
- Knowledge of networking constraints including InfiniBand and Ethernet.
- Expertise in inference optimization, including model serving nuances, batch sizes, quantization, and latency trade-offs.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior architect capacity operating at the C-suite level.
- Proven ability to translate technical strategy into scalable reference architectures and integration playbooks.
- Experience in M&E sub-sectors such as gaming, multimodal generative models, AdTech, or VFX content production.
- Strong product-minded approach with experience defining platform strategy.
Responsibilities
- Architect infrastructure solutions for strategic M&E partnerships, content production pipelines, and generative AI model deployments.
- Demonstrate the impact of infrastructure decisions such as storage tiering and inference optimization on business models to executive stakeholders.
- Translate complex business goals into precise engineering requirements for infrastructure optimization.
- Identify, engage, and technically validate relationships with critical ISVs in media, entertainment, and generative AI.
- Define and publish reference architectures for running industry-standard tools on Nebius infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the global Head of Product and Head of Engineering to influence and prioritize the vertical roadmap based on field evidence.
