Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed systems
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, ML, MLOps and Complex Integrations
- Senior technical leadership experience (e.g., CTO, Head of Machine Learning/Engineering)
- Experience partnering with Sales teams to close large-scale enterprise deals
- Strong hands-on understanding of GPU-centric infrastructure and high-performance compute
- Experience with Retail & Commerce AI workflows
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience operating in fast-moving cloud or AI environments
Responsibilities
- Serve as the external face of Nebius to customers and partners
- Partner with Sales leadership to close strategic deals through architectural workshops
- Translate customer needs into scalable product and infrastructure requirements
- Create technical narratives, reference architectures, and training for field teams
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
- Provide architectural guidance and define necessary primitives for agentic workflows
- Identify recurring pain points to influence roadmap decisions
- Partner with ecosystem vendors to identify integration opportunities
- Maintain feedback loops between customers and internal R&D
