Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing cloud architecture, technical consulting, or field engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS in real customer environments.
- Working knowledge of modern AI and GenAI architectures on AWS (e.g., Amazon Bedrock).
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns and vector databases.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, or technical POVs.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments with an ownership mentality.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code such as AWS CDK.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on delivery for GenAI implementation engagements and proof-of-value projects.
- Translate customer goals into practical architectures and implementation plans.
- Build and validate AWS-native AI and data solutions for production.
- Own technical execution from discovery through delivery, including design reviews and workshops.
- Contribute to product adoption, new logo acquisition, and install base expansion.
- Create repeatable delivery approaches, playbooks, and standardized solution packages.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Managers to scope and execute engagements.
- Maintain engagement visibility and contribute to team operating systems.
