Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing cloud architecture, technical consulting, or field engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS in real customer environments.
- Proficiency in Amazon Bedrock (Knowledge Bases, evaluation, guardrails).
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns and vector databases.
- Knowledge of agentic AI design patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS CDK or similar infrastructure-as-code.
- Ability to balance technical depth with effective communication.
- Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and technical POVs.
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working across cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on delivery for GenAI implementation engagements and funded projects.
- Translate customer goals into practical architectures and measurable technical outcomes.
- Build, configure, and validate AWS-native AI and data solutions.
- Own technical execution from discovery through delivery, including design reviews and workshops.
- Support product adoption and integrate DoiT products in AI engagements.
- Contribute to new logo acquisition and install base expansion.
- Strengthen partner leadership by collaborating with AWS teams.
- Identify patterns and build reusable assets, playbooks, and standardized offerings.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain engagement data and contribute to delivery workflows.
