  • 2+ years at senior IC or director level.
  • Experience building and operating an AI-native marketing or product marketing function.
  • Proven success working with technically deep founders or product leaders.
  • Ability to communicate at the API, architecture, and integration level.
  • Proven experience setting pricing and packaging in fragmented B2B markets.
  • Experience running voice-of-customer and competitive intelligence as continuous, system-driven functions.
  • Strong ability to operate within multi-stakeholder executive environments.
  • Experience working with messy primary data.
  • Available consistently across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Occasional travel for company events and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, narrative, and category strategy for a category being rewritten by AI in real time.
  • Build dynamic, AI-powered enablement systems rather than static one-off assets.
  • Architect the prompts, retrieval, and automation that let the team operate at a high scope.
  • Run voice of customer as a continuous function, turning unstructured signal into positioning and enablement.
  • Operate competitive intelligence as an always-on monitoring system.
  • Partner with the VP of Product on pricing and packaging for the up-market and executive buyer motion.
  • Build sales enablement and measure on usage and revenue impact.
  • Work directly with the CEO to systematize market expertise into frameworks.
  • Partner with the VP of Product on product launches and close the loop from market reception.
  • Run experiments with clear hypotheses and criteria.
