Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in customer-facing communication channels.
- Proven experience shaping brand/product presence in new communication mediums.
- Strong narrative and copywriting skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing CAC, LTV, and payback metrics.
- Experience shipping products using frontier LLMs, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
- Founder-level mentality with experience building products from 0 to 1.
- Ability to work closely with engineering to understand technical architecture and tradeoffs.
- Director-level experience leading PM teams or complex cross-functional organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define narrative architecture including tone, cadence, and empathy for conversational AI.
- Develop multi-year vision and strategy for voice and text customer communication.
- Manage build vs. buy vs. partner decisions to drive product differentiation.
- Execute segment-by-segment launches with rigorous QA and compliance standards.
- Establish evaluation infrastructure and quality rubrics for conversational performance.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance on AI governance and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Ops to integrate AI into a unified customer journey.
