Requirements
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in large-scale paid media programs.
- Success leading complex lifecycle marketing programs.
- Deep comfort with attribution models, incrementality testing, and MMM.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience in hybrid GTM models and ABM strategies.
- Familiarity with MarTech and AdTech stacks including CDPs.
- Experience with multi-segment marketing.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic vision and financial accountability for PLG marketing revenue.
- Oversee global paid media budgets across performance and brand channels.
- Develop global lifecycle marketing strategy to accelerate user activation and retention.
- Lead SEO/GEO and web properties to drive organic traffic and conversion.
- Partner with Product and Data Analytics to build growth loops.
- Define PQL criteria and collaborate with Sales for enterprise ABM targeting.
- Establish culture of experimentation and rigorous analytics.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of digital marketers.
