Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and scaling multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven track record in large-scale paid media programs.
  • Success leading complex lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Deep comfort with attribution models, incrementality testing, and MMM.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience in hybrid GTM models and ABM strategies.
  • Familiarity with MarTech and AdTech stacks including CDPs.
  • Experience with multi-segment marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic vision and financial accountability for PLG marketing revenue.
  • Oversee global paid media budgets across performance and brand channels.
  • Develop global lifecycle marketing strategy to accelerate user activation and retention.
  • Lead SEO/GEO and web properties to drive organic traffic and conversion.
  • Partner with Product and Data Analytics to build growth loops.
  • Define PQL criteria and collaborate with Sales for enterprise ABM targeting.
  • Establish culture of experimentation and rigorous analytics.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of digital marketers.
