Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
  • Healthcare industry experience, ideally in Medicare, value-based care, payer-facing B2B, or digital health.
  • Experience working inside HIPAA-regulated environments.
  • Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot proficiency required).
  • Digital marketing fluency including SEO/AEO, paid media, attribution, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact in B2B environments.
  • Startup operating experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Executive presence and clear, persuasive writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Ceresti's brand voice, visual identity, and category-defining position.
  • Build and run the B2B demand engine targeting MA plans, ACOs, and Med Supp carriers.
  • Augment the digital footprint, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics stack.
  • Drive the editorial calendar across LinkedIn, thought leadership, white papers, webinars, and earned media.
  • Evolve collateral, talk tracks, case studies, and competitive intelligence for commercial teams.
  • Support the marketing strategy for DTC digital marketing needs and oversee digital marketing specialist execution.
  • Manage presence at conferences and lead co-marketing motions with strategic partners.
  • Hire, develop, and lead the marketing team.
