Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, acquisition, and/or revenue growth roles.
- Proven track record of managing full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Experience with paid media, conversion optimization, email lifecycle marketing, and CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising or digital fundraising strategy preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable, Braze), and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, organization-wide mass-market acquisition and engagement strategy.
- Lead multi-channel acquisition strategies including email, social, search, and paid media.
- Manage marketing firms, consultants, and direct media buys.
- Optimize marketing channels for major fundraising pushes.
- Devise programs to test content, messaging, and creative across marketing platforms.
- Build and scale engagement pathways like email sequences and landing pages.
- Design and implement strategies to deepen supporter loyalty and lifetime value.
- Oversee analytics and reporting to measure performance and retention.
- Manage and mentor internal marketing staff and external agencies.
