Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing leadership, or consumer product management roles.
- Proven experience managing full P&L ownership and driving both top-line and bottom-line performance.
- Strong background in brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and innovation planning.
- Experience managing complex brand portfolios in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate consumer insights and data into strategic and operational marketing decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute integrated brand strategies across channels, including product, pricing, positioning, and distribution.
- Own full P&L responsibility, delivering topline growth, profitability, and multi-year business planning.
- Lead annual and in-year performance tracking, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective growth actions.
- Drive innovation and renovation pipelines, ensuring timely and on-budget execution of brand initiatives.
- Partner with insights and analytics teams to translate market, consumer, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimize forecasting and business performance.
- Oversee marketing investment effectiveness, using ROI and mix modeling to improve efficiency and impact.
- Lead, develop, and inspire marketing teams while fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
