Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS or tech services.
  • Demonstrated track record of pipeline ownership and revenue impact.
  • Deep expertise in at least one core acquisition channel (SEM, LinkedIn, or email).
  • Experience building shared reporting frameworks with Sales/SDR teams.
  • Strong proficiency in GTM strategy development and persona-based campaigning.
  • Analytical rigor in attribution, funnel diagnostics, and dashboard construction.
  • Expertise in website growth, SEO, CRO, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Technical familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and attribution tools.
  • Experience managing teams and agency partners in lean environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline and contribution to revenue targets.
  • Lead multi-channel programs including paid search, LinkedIn, email, and ABM.
  • Strengthen sales–marketing alignment through joint scorecards and common definitions.
  • Translate ICPs and personas into effective GTM campaigns.
  • Allocate and tune marketing budgets for maximum efficiency.
  • Pilot new growth channels and standardize effective workflows.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to drive SEO, CRO, and website conversion.
  • Manage a high-performing internal team and external agencies.
