  • 5–8 years in marketing operations across CDP, CRM, and email/SMS platforms.
  • 2+ years leading a team, directly or indirectly.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of the marketing tech stack.
  • Ability to scale processes across a team.
  • Strong strategic instincts and ability to translate client needs into plans.
  • Confidence presenting to client stakeholders.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Ability to travel for business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing operations and technology function.
  • Partner with Account Management to translate client goals into campaign architectures.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and Product Team on stack evolution.
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end.
  • Build agile processes for customer journeys across email, SMS, and voice.
  • Partner with analytics team to manage data connections for campaign measurement.
  • Monitor and optimize live campaigns.
  • Serve as a client-facing technical partner.
  • Hire, coach, and develop the marketing operations team.
