- 5–8 years in marketing operations across CDP, CRM, and email/SMS platforms.
- 2+ years leading a team, directly or indirectly.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the marketing tech stack.
- Ability to scale processes across a team.
- Strong strategic instincts and ability to translate client needs into plans.
- Confidence presenting to client stakeholders.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Ability to travel for business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing operations and technology function.
- Partner with Account Management to translate client goals into campaign architectures.
- Collaborate with the CTO and Product Team on stack evolution.
- Own HubSpot end-to-end.
- Build agile processes for customer journeys across email, SMS, and voice.
- Partner with analytics team to manage data connections for campaign measurement.
- Monitor and optimize live campaigns.
- Serve as a client-facing technical partner.
- Hire, coach, and develop the marketing operations team.
