Requirements
- 10+ years of related industry experience (preferably SaaS or PLG).
- 10+ years of successfully developing and managing senior-level relationships and teams.
- 3+ years of experience in building and managing partnerships.
- Full-stack marketing experience with deep understanding of customer lifecycle.
- Demonstrable success in achieving pipeline and customer acquisition growth goals.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in both sales-led and product-led structures.
- Deep knowledge of demand generation mix (digital, email, events, channel marketing).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with detail-oriented project management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Invoice Simple in a PLG environment.
- Accountable for customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Define and execute the marketing PLG roadmap in partnership with Product and Data.
- Drive marketing onboarding optimization, in-product conversion, and lifecycle engagement.
- Build and scale an experimentation culture (A/B testing, geo-testing).
- Supervise a team of managers and specialists across product marketing, acquisition, and retention.
- Develop and lead lifecycle marketing strategy, including acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Partner with central services marketing teams for multi-faceted strategies.
- Deliver demand generation programs for existing customers and prospects.
- Manage and allocate budget focusing on product pipeline impact.
