Requirements

  • 10+ years of related industry experience (preferably SaaS or PLG).
  • 10+ years of successfully developing and managing senior-level relationships and teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in building and managing partnerships.
  • Full-stack marketing experience with deep understanding of customer lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving pipeline and customer acquisition growth goals.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in both sales-led and product-led structures.
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation mix (digital, email, events, channel marketing).
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with detail-oriented project management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Invoice Simple in a PLG environment.
  • Accountable for customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Define and execute the marketing PLG roadmap in partnership with Product and Data.
  • Drive marketing onboarding optimization, in-product conversion, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Build and scale an experimentation culture (A/B testing, geo-testing).
  • Supervise a team of managers and specialists across product marketing, acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and lead lifecycle marketing strategy, including acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
  • Partner with central services marketing teams for multi-faceted strategies.
  • Deliver demand generation programs for existing customers and prospects.
  • Manage and allocate budget focusing on product pipeline impact.
