Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B field marketing experience.
- Experience in a senior or lead role owning regional strategy and team management.
- Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue contribution in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Strong command of pipeline-driven field strategy (CPO modeling, SDR alignment, integrated campaign design).
- Experience running partner and channel co-marketing programs.
- Experience marketing across multiple segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, Commercial).
- Deep cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, SDR, and product marketing teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and attribution.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for events and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the AMER field marketing strategy across Enterprise, Mid-Market, Commercial, Customer, and Federal segments.
- Lead, develop, and grow the AMER field marketing team.
- Partner with AMER sales leadership to align field programs to territory priorities and pipeline gaps.
- Define and enforce CPO thresholds for all field investments.
- Build and execute programs with alliance partners, VARs, resellers, and distribution partners.
- Translate company-level campaign strategy into regionally relevant field programs.
- Own the SDR alignment motion for field marketing to ensure high-intent follow-up.
- Manage the AMER field marketing budget with a focus on ROI and pipeline impact.
