  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare product marketing, commercialization, or related strategic marketing functions.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, branding, product launches, market analysis, and commercial execution.
  • Experience within Women’s Health, IVF, fertility, genetic services, or related healthcare sectors strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across complex healthcare organizations.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact in dynamic environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, marketing performance metrics, and market access initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated North America marketing and market access strategies aligned with broader business and commercial objectives.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional marketing teams spanning branding, digital marketing, communications, analytics, and content development.
  • Drive portfolio growth through market analysis, competitive intelligence, commercialization planning, and forecasting initiatives.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, manage departmental budgets, and optimize marketing performance and return on investment.
  • Lead omnichannel campaigns, conference participation, KOL engagement programs, advocacy initiatives, and business development support activities.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to support evidence generation strategies and reimbursement initiatives that improve patient access.
  • Align pricing strategies, payer dynamics, and clinical value propositions to strengthen adoption and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency, operational alignment, and successful execution across markets.
