Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record managing $15M+ media budgets in B2C environments.
  • Deep expertise in at least two channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or Influencer Marketing.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices.
  • Experience managing agency relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and incrementality tools.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the internal paid media team.
  • Manage a $15M+ annual media budget with focus on iROAS and revenue.
  • Build reporting frameworks and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Own SEO/AEO strategy as internal subject matter expert.
  • Manage external agency partners for SEO/AEO and incrementality.
  • Partner with product for technical SEO execution.
  • Own channel-level forecasting and budget planning.
  • Identify new channel opportunities and conduct structured tests.
