  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in high-growth, performance-driven, or complex organizations
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across brand, content, digital, and marketing operations
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, content marketing, SEO, digital experience, and marketing automation
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable marketing systems, workflows, and operating models
  • Experience leveraging marketing technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and align stakeholders across functions and priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Comfortable operating in modern digital ecosystems and performance-oriented marketing organizations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee integrated marketing strategy across brand, content, communications, digital experience, and marketing operations
  • Ensure alignment between marketing execution, brand positioning, and revenue objectives across business units
  • Build scalable operating systems, workflows, and processes to improve marketing efficiency and execution speed
  • Lead content strategy including thought leadership, SEO, customer storytelling, and demand generation support
  • Own digital experience strategy, including website performance, UX, conversion optimization, and SEO alignment
  • Manage marketing operations, including automation, martech optimization, campaign workflows, and AI-enabled tools
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning content, creative, web, communications, and marketing operations
  • Partner with revenue marketing leaders to support pipeline growth and performance outcomes
  • Drive reporting, analytics, and performance measurement to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and ensure marketing initiatives are executed with consistency and accountability
