Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B event management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a global or multi-regional role.
  • Proven experience leading major trade show strategy and booth execution.
  • Background in planning internal flagship events (SKOs, sales rallies).
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to build scalable frameworks and operational event systems.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for planning and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global events and experiences strategy.
  • Own end-to-end execution of major global trade shows such as Black Hat, RSA, Gartner.
  • Define booth strategy, messaging hierarchy, and on-site brand experience.
  • Lead planning and execution of internal and partner events including Sales Kickoff.
  • Build scalable event activation kits and toolkits.
  • Establish global standards for event branding and vendor management.
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, design, and PR.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation.
