- 6+ years of B2B event management experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a global or multi-regional role.
- Proven experience leading major trade show strategy and booth execution.
- Background in planning internal flagship events (SKOs, sales rallies).
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to build scalable frameworks and operational event systems.
- Proficiency with AI tools for planning and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global events and experiences strategy.
- Own end-to-end execution of major global trade shows such as Black Hat, RSA, Gartner.
- Define booth strategy, messaging hierarchy, and on-site brand experience.
- Lead planning and execution of internal and partner events including Sales Kickoff.
- Build scalable event activation kits and toolkits.
- Establish global standards for event branding and vendor management.
- Oversee cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, design, and PR.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation.
