Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record connecting event activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience managing both the operational and marketing sides of events.
- Strong grasp of demand generation principles: ABM, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Excellent project management instincts.
- Skilled communicator capable of aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Active use of AI tools and agents in daily work.
- Comfortable with regular travel for on-site event execution (up to 25%).
Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline contribution strategy for every assigned event.
- Design event programs with a clear path to sourced pipeline and lead follow-up.
- Track and report on SAOs sourced, pipeline influenced, and deals accelerated.
- Manage end-to-end project operations including vendors, venues, AV, catering, and budgets.
- Act as the on-site lead for event execution.
- Develop integrated marketing plans including audience segmentation and channel mix.
- Coordinate across Sales, CS, Partnerships, Design, and Content teams.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning, research, and execution.
