Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Behavioral/Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, HR transformation, organizational development, or related disciplines
- Strong HR domain expertise, including understanding of HR lifecycle, processes, and shared services environments
- Proven experience leading large-scale, global, and cross-functional change initiatives, ideally within HR environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex change concepts into clear messages
- Experience designing and executing structured change plans including communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess change impacts, identify root causes, and define solutions
- Coaching and leadership capability, with experience supporting senior leaders through transformation
- Change management certification or formal training is a plus (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver enterprise-wide HR change and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable adoption outcomes
- Develop and execute end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Assess change impacts across HR processes, systems, structures, and roles, identifying risks, resistance points, and capability gaps
- Partner with HR leadership, PMO, IT, communications, and business stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution of transformation initiatives
- Design and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings to support change readiness and adoption
- Define and track adoption metrics, reporting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership
- Build and scale HR change management capabilities by coaching leaders and developing a community of change practitioners
- Support culture and climate assessments and recommend interventions to align organizational behavior with strategic goals
