Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related post-sales roles in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
- 2–3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proven track record of leading CSMs to strong outcomes.
- Success meeting/exceeding NRR, GDR, and expansion goals.
- Experience managing strategic (Fortune 500) customers with executive-level relationship management.
- Deep understanding of security operations and/or MSSP business models (red teaming, vulnerability management, SOC).
- Ability to work with technical products.
- Strong communication and executive presence.
- Proficiency in Gainsight, Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
- Coach and mentor CSMs across enterprise, scale, and MSSP segments.
- Ensure customer adoption of NodeZero to drive security outcomes.
- Engage with executive stakeholders at Fortune 500 accounts.
- Drive expansion opportunities and secure renewals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Product, and Support teams.
- Build operational rigor in Gainsight and Salesforce.
- Develop success plans, onboarding journeys, and QBR templates.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer to inform product strategy.
