Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in high-level administrative or executive support.
  • Experience in nonprofit, political, or philanthropic environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Outlook and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to maintain high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with senior leadership and donors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the President’s complex calendar and scheduling for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate board materials, agendas, and pre-read packages.
  • Track follow-up actions and maintain board records.
  • Serve as the primary administrative liaison for the President.
  • Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the President.
  • Support meetings, retreats, and special initiatives.
  • Contribute to building organizational systems and workflows.
