Responsibilities

  • Manage the President’s schedule and align time with strategic priorities.
  • Act as a liaison for scheduling and administrative points of contact across partner organizations.
  • Draft emails, memos, and preparatory materials for senior leadership engagements.
  • Coordinate event logistics, agendas, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain tracking of partner and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support organizational alignment, meeting agendas, and project management infrastructure.
  • Support hiring processes, including drafting materials and coordinating interviews.
  • Contribute to writing and research for internal and external documents.
