Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s schedule and align time with strategic priorities.
- Act as a liaison for scheduling and administrative points of contact across partner organizations.
- Draft emails, memos, and preparatory materials for senior leadership engagements.
- Coordinate event logistics, agendas, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain tracking of partner and stakeholder engagements.
- Support organizational alignment, meeting agendas, and project management infrastructure.
- Support hiring processes, including drafting materials and coordinating interviews.
- Contribute to writing and research for internal and external documents.
