Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate housing, short-term/mid-term rentals, hospitality, relocation, real estate, or B2B service.
  • Proven track record responding to and converting inbound leads or booking inquiries.
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized and fast.
  • Comfortable managing multiple platforms and open leads simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to all inbound inquiries across OTA and corporate housing platforms within defined SLA windows.
  • Qualify leads based on dates, budget, unit availability, and guest or corporate client requirements.
  • Follow up with prospective guests and clients to move open inquiries toward confirmed bookings.
  • Track and manage an active pipeline of open inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date availability, pricing, and property information across all OTA portals.
  • Identify and onboard new apartment inventory through research and landlord outreach.
  • Maintain a live inventory of available units and conduct regular audits.
  • Support leadership in identifying opportunities to improve lead response workflows and conversion rates.
