Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities in localization, translation, or project management
Responsibilities
- Generate precise project quotes and calculate turnaround times
- Drive quote conversion by following up on proposals
- Identify revenue opportunities and add-on business within existing accounts
- Provide consultative advice to clients on project optimization
- Partner with Business Development to design and execute sales strategies
- Monitor account health and service usage
- Optimize operational workflows and implement sales actions
- Manage financial governance for legal entities, POs, and billing
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between clients and Project Managers
- Achieve KPIs related to quoted volume, acceptance rates, and project value
