Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 3+ years in commercial real estate accounting
- Strong experience with NNN / Triple Net lease structures
- Experience with CAM reconciliations
- Experience with property-level and multi-entity accounting
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and lease accounting standards
- Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of 20–30 commercial properties/entities
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Track and reconcile NNN expenses, including CAM, property taxes, and insurance
- Monitor tenant rent payments, lease escalations, late fees, and additional charges
- Review and process vendor invoices, utilities, and maintenance expenses
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit/tax filing support
- Utilize QuickBooks and Yardi Breeze to streamline accounting workflows
