Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and index/match.
- CPA or ACCA certification (nice to have).
- Experience with multi-entity accounting and foreign currency.
- Ability to work in U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles.
- Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, and depreciation.
- Perform reconciliations across cash, AR, AP, and fixed assets.
- Prepare financial reporting packages including variance analysis.
- Coordinate external audits and compliance reporting.
- Improve accounting workflows and support ERP optimization.
- Review and approve work completed by junior accounting personnel.
