Requirements
- 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing account managers or strategic account executives in the Enterprise segment.
- Proven track record of success.
- Experience selling platform or SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with external and cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives.
- Drive revenue growth and cross-selling of products to existing named accounts.
- Build and progress pipeline.
- Execute complex deals and lead strategic prospect and customer meetings.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and provide tactical deal guidance and career development.
- Maintain accurate CRM data.
- Provide reliable weekly forecasts to management.
- Support fiscal planning and revenue tracking.
