  • 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing account managers or strategic account executives in the Enterprise segment.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Experience selling platform or SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with external and cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives.
  • Drive revenue growth and cross-selling of products to existing named accounts.
  • Build and progress pipeline.
  • Execute complex deals and lead strategic prospect and customer meetings.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and provide tactical deal guidance and career development.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Provide reliable weekly forecasts to management.
  • Support fiscal planning and revenue tracking.
