Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8-10 years of project or program management experience.
- Full-cycle ERP implementation experience (selection through go-live).
- Experience managing projects with phased delivery models (requirements, configuration, testing, cutover).
- Proficiency with project management tools and remote collaboration platforms.
- Comprehensive ERP industry knowledge.
- Experience coordinating implementations involving HCM integration (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity).
- Strong core accounting knowledge regarding financial statements and GAAP.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for twice-annual retreats.
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and optimization of financial systems.
- Improve cross-system integration and streamline reporting.
- Direct cross-functional coordination of finance, procurement, contracts, and HCM modules.
- Manage the selection, implementation, and execution of a unified system architecture.
- Provide strategic leadership and manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for system projects.
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities to leverage systems and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for unified systems to support organizational goals.
