Requirements
- 7+ years in business systems or ERP administration.
- 3+ years as a hands-on NetSuite Administrator in a mid-to-large-scale environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong finance/accounting knowledge.
- Fluent in NetSuite's Inventory and Manufacturing modules.
- Working knowledge of ITGC controls, SOX compliance frameworks, and formal change management processes.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a high-growth, publicly traded technology company.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day NetSuite administration and operations, including managing both internal and external support staff.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing configurations, workflows, and module utilization.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to gather requirements, document functional specs, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead end-to-end ERP migration and integration projects for acquired entities, including project planning, stakeholder communication, data migration, and post-go-live support.
- Administer and optimize connected financial systems including OneStream and Expensify.
- Maintain SOX compliant controls, documentation, and audit trails across all managed systems.
