Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a high-performing environment.
  • FMCG or consultancy experience preferred.
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on customer outcomes.
  • Strong project management and self-management skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work with quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the US and South America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational corporations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Lead customer onboarding and conduct tool training workshops.
  • Provide strategic consultation to support integration and usage.
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance revenue.
  • Develop and execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate product feedback with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
