Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a high-performing environment.
- FMCG or consultancy experience preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on customer outcomes.
- Strong project management and self-management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work with quantitative data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the US and South America.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational corporations.
- Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead customer onboarding and conduct tool training workshops.
- Provide strategic consultation to support integration and usage.
- Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance revenue.
- Develop and execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate product feedback with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
