Requirements
- 4+ years of advanced customer-facing technical support experience
- Experience with MySQL or MySQL-like databases
- Strong proficiency in SQL Query Optimization
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration
- Comfortable checking system I/O, network throughput, and log files
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Experience with a scripting or coding language (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Familiarity with distributed systems and AWS/GCP
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide email and live technical support to enterprise customers
- Identify and reproduce product issues and perform QA
- Submit formal bug reports or feature requests to Engineering
- Collaborate with developers, sales engineers, and account managers
- Streamline Support and Engineering processes and tools
- Author internal run-books or public documentation
- Ensure a positive customer support experience
- Participate in an on-call rotation
