Responsibilities
- Build an Engine of Speed: Create a culture where technical understanding supports fast, high-judgment decision-making.
- Deliver Elite Velocity: Baseline and drive the team toward elite performance levels including frequent deploys and low change-failure rates.
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Ensure engineering output directly contributes to customer value and retention.
- World-Class Leadership & Management: Provide coaching and direction to foster team growth and protect focus time.
- Foster a high-performance, autonomous, and cross-functionally respected engineering organization.
