Responsibilities
- Manage client calendars end-to-end including prioritization and scheduling
- Handle inbound communication and triage messages
- Use AI tools to draft communications and summarize threads
- Track and follow up on action items and deadlines
- Prepare clear reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Identify and automate repetitive administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and databases
- Coordinate logistics and travel across time zones
