Responsibilities

  • Support daily home health operations and clinical coordination
  • Assist with last-minute staffing and scheduling needs
  • Coordinate with clinicians, caregivers, patients, and office staff
  • Help support onboarding and training-related tasks
  • Monitor operational workflows and assist with administrative follow-up
  • Assist the owner with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Assist with social media posting and content coordination
  • Support CRM organization and marketing tasks
