Responsibilities
- Support daily home health operations and clinical coordination
- Assist with last-minute staffing and scheduling needs
- Coordinate with clinicians, caregivers, patients, and office staff
- Help support onboarding and training-related tasks
- Monitor operational workflows and assist with administrative follow-up
- Assist the owner with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Assist with social media posting and content coordination
- Support CRM organization and marketing tasks
