Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Monitor and manage executive inboxes
  • Delegate tasks and communications appropriately
  • Prioritize emails and action items within CRM workflows
  • Ensure deadlines, initiatives, and follow-ups stay on track
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to organize tasks, priorities, and communications
  • Coordinate client-related logistics and follow-ups
  • Post approved content to LinkedIn and company social channels
  • Assist with occasional personal administrative tasks
