Requirements
- 3+ years of experience directly within the cruise industry.
- Strong knowledge of mainstream and premium cruise lines, cabin nuances, and fare mechanics.
- Proven track record of personal cruise sales success with 7-figure annual booking volumes.
- Confidence and consistency using a CRM as a daily tool.
- Ability to generate phone-first rapport.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fully remote, async environment.
Responsibilities
- Take high-intent inbound enquiries by phone and email from the Globe platform and Emma Cruises' audience.
- Build genuine rapport quickly to develop long-standing relationships with customers.
- Design itineraries and quotes, and close cruise bookings across mainstream, premium and select luxury lines.
- Book additional travel components including flights, hotels, and transfers.
- Handle group bookings confidently and accurately.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the travel journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure service quality.
- Run proactive post-booking service including pre-cruise touchpoints and price monitoring.
