Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing.
  • At least 3 years focused on customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle programs.
  • Experience building advocacy programs that improved retention, expansion, or pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
  • Experience managing customer communities or advisory boards.
  • Experience with advocacy and review platforms (G2, TrustRadius, Influitive).
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a structured advocacy program for sales.
  • Produce customer stories including case studies and video scripts.
  • Execute lifecycle programs like onboarding and feature adoption nudges.
  • Manage the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsorship Program.
  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor engagement and reduce churn.
  • Own the annual customer conference (CFX).
  • Define program KPIs and build dashboards for tracking.
  • Capture and apply voice of the customer (VoC) insights.
