Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or communications.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (automation, workflows, email, reporting, CRM).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organization.
- Interest in the Montessori community.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and send email campaigns (newsletters, events, fundraising).
- Manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and CRM data integrity.
- Lead end-to-end project management for integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-channel promotional campaigns across social, web, and paid channels.
- Manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and contribute to reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on execution.
