Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, or related roles
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing across multiple communication channels
  • Strong project management expertise with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, communication strategy, and integrated marketing
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and multi-channel communication
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced international environments
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
  • Excellent prioritization, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced Russian proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project marketing management of complex brand and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement positioning, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, and campaign concepts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based communication plans
  • Drive consistency of brand communication across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Define and maintain brand positioning, visual style, target audience profiles, and consumer insights
  • Coordinate and execute 360-degree brand and campaigns
  • Support go-to-market launches and strategic business initiatives
  • Create and oversee development of marketing and advertising materials
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs and analyze campaign effectiveness
