Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing across multiple communication channels
- Strong project management expertise with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, communication strategy, and integrated marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and multi-channel communication
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced international environments
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
- Excellent prioritization, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced Russian proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project marketing management of complex brand and marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement positioning, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, and campaign concepts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based communication plans
- Drive consistency of brand communication across all internal and external touchpoints
- Define and maintain brand positioning, visual style, target audience profiles, and consumer insights
- Coordinate and execute 360-degree brand and campaigns
- Support go-to-market launches and strategic business initiatives
- Create and oversee development of marketing and advertising materials
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs and analyze campaign effectiveness
