- Demonstrated AI fluency with experience in AI-integrated content creation or delivery
- Experience running high-quality content operations
- Strong technical aptitude for complex B2B SaaS domains
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining program metrics
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional alignment skills
- Experience with digital adoption tools like Pendo, WalkMe, or Chameleon
- Familiarity with AI content generation workflows such as LLMs, synthetic video, or AI authoring
Responsibilities
- Build an AI-native education engine focusing on adaptive content and contextual help.
- Map the customer journey to identify and close friction gaps.
- Partner with Product and Design to embed intelligent walkthroughs and AI-assisted help.
- Surface enablement data and friction patterns to influence product direction.
- Manage and coach a cross-functional team across content, design, and delivery.
- Build AI fluency within the team and set standards for experimentation.
- Define and track success metrics like adoption, time-to-value, and support deflection.
