  • Experience running high-quality content operations
  • Strong technical aptitude for complex B2B SaaS domains
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining program metrics
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional alignment skills
  • Experience with digital adoption tools like Pendo, WalkMe, or Chameleon
  • Familiarity with AI content generation workflows such as LLMs, synthetic video, or AI authoring

Responsibilities

  • Build an AI-native education engine focusing on adaptive content and contextual help.
  • Map the customer journey to identify and close friction gaps.
  • Partner with Product and Design to embed intelligent walkthroughs and AI-assisted help.
  • Surface enablement data and friction patterns to influence product direction.
  • Manage and coach a cross-functional team across content, design, and delivery.
  • Build AI fluency within the team and set standards for experimentation.
  • Define and track success metrics like adoption, time-to-value, and support deflection.
