Requirements

  • 10+ years in retail or wholesale marketing with multi-channel campaign experience.
  • Proven success collaborating with major retailers like Walmart, Macy’s, or Nordstrom.
  • Familiarity with apparel retail environments (intimate apparel experience a plus).
  • Ability to negotiate professionally and manage vendor/retailer relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to optimize marketing spend.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or using AI-driven tools.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at the executive level.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the retail and wholesale marketing organization for Shapermint and Truekind brands.
  • Develop and execute integrated 360° campaigns across retail, wholesale, and on-air channels.
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate the Brand Marketing Manager and supporting specialists.
  • Support freestanding store launches with playbooks and launch plans.
  • Monitor sell-through, traffic lift, and digital performance metrics.
  • Own retail marketing budget allocation, including co-op spend.
  • Implement AI-driven tools for campaign tracking and creative optimization.
  • Provide project and campaign reporting for senior leadership.
