Responsibilities
- Identify and execute growth opportunities for retail and business payment segments.
- Lead partnership negotiations to enhance product experience and unit economics.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to inform investment and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on CRM, SEO, and referral strategies.
- Manage the P&L for cross-border payments.
- Prioritize product enhancements and workstreams for the squad.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Partner with financial crime and anti-fraud teams to ensure safe scaling.
