Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with multiple successful product launches.
- Direct experience building B2B SaaS for self-serve customers.
- Strong understanding of self-serve growth, retention, and pricing models.
- High level of product taste with ability to defend design and functionality details.
- Proven ability to create clarity from ambiguous problem spaces.
- Data fluency, including the ability to independently query and interpret metrics.
- Experience working in a small, autonomous team environment.
- Daily proficiency in using AI tools for prototyping, testing, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own a real slice of the self-serve product and manage the product roadmap.
- Define user problems and partner with design and engineering to ship effective features.
- Work with researchers and engineers to convert AI capabilities into shipped product features.
- Talk to e-commerce sellers weekly to inform roadmap decisions.
- Independently pull, interpret, and use data to form hypotheses and drive development.
- Operate within a fully remote, async-first environment.
